We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join us as a Consultant to champion, lead and oversee IT projects and infrastructure.
Reporting to the CEO, you will
- Lead and oversee IT projects and systems enhancement for the Foundation including but not limited to:
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Human Resources Management (HRM)
- IT Infrastructure
- IT Outsourced Vendor Management
- Cybersecurity Advisory
• Serve as the primary advisor to management on IT matters, providing strategic and operational guidance.
• Partner department heads and key users to identify operational needs and translates them into systems and technology requirements
• Define project scope, manage IT budget, timelines, and the approval processes, ensuring delivery within agreed objectives,
• Liaise with service providers and vendors to ensure successful implementation, integration and handover of systems
• Manage IT service provider to ensure effective service delivery, SLA compliance, and continuous service improvement
• Advise management on IT-related risks, system optimization opportunities, cybersecurity posture, and industry best practices
• Review, update, and maintain IT Policies & Procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and organizational objectives.
• Draft RFPs, RFQs, and Tender Requirements for IT hardware, software, cloud solutions, and IT services, including technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements.
• Support tender evaluation, vendor clarifications, and recommendations in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Lead and drive the Foundation’s AI strategy and initiatives, including:
- Identifying and prioritizing AI and automation use cases
- Overseeing pilot and implementation of AI solutions
- Establishing AI governance, risk management, and ethical guidelines
