Company Description

KITA Agritech is a farm-to-table provider located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Our mission is to support local farmers and provide fresh, sustainable produce to our customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Farm Relations Officer at KITA Agritech in Metro Manila. The Farm Relations Officer will be responsible for maintaining relationships with local farmers, ensuring the quality of the produce, coordinating with the teams across the organization, and managing the farm-to-table chain.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of agricultural practices and farm operations
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience in supply chain management or logistics
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Understanding of sustainability practices in agriculture
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
