
- Support Owned Media & CRM team in receiving requests from cross department, and setting up Owned Media assets such as Push Notification, Newsletter, Landing Page, In-App Banner, Pop-Up Banner, Whatsapp and Inbox.
- Contribute to a CRM project that will drive impact to maintain and increase Kitabisa active users.
- Setup the A/B testing process for CRM campaigns for content, segment, and other relevant factor. Develop communication templates (email, in-app, or app push) for consistency and effectiveness in accordance with brand guidelines and best practices.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting all Kitabisa Owned Media and CRM campaigns / activities.
- Build, maintain and establish regular communication with other related departments to support regular activities and initiatives, including campaign, partnership, and product team.
- Involve in issues and problem solving related to all Owned Media & CRM projects / initiatives, both internal and external facing campaign and communications.
