Introduction: KLINOVA, established in 2021 in Hanoi, Viet nam, is a consulting company providing innovative solutions and services related to green growth and sustainable development. Our main focus is Renewables, Energy Efficiency, Climate Change, Green Finance, and the Environment sectors.

As active members of EnergyVIETGroup since 2009, the founders of KLINOVA are senior experts in green transformation. All specialists are highly qualified in various sectors with abundant experience working with international organizations and entities, especially the UN, and accompanied by a broad advisory network including experts at regional and international levels.

KLINOVA aims to be one of the most professional and trustworthy consultants in green subjects, for all clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, research, and draft legal documents as assigned;
Work directly with government agencies when necessary;
Research laws, decrees, circulars, etc., related to ESG and sustainable development fields;
Draft legal documents, contracts, and files for clients and partners;
Translate documents from English to Vietnam and vice versa;
Edit content of legal articles.

➔ Profile

Skills Required:

Final-year student or graduate majoring in Law;
Ability to read and write in English is an advantage;
Responsible, capable of working independently and in a team;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Quick learner, diligent, hardworking, and responsible;
Serious, progressive attitude, eager to learn, and committed to work.
