What are the key responsibilities of the Cluster Leader

Interview farmers and conduct extensive surveys with the application.
Take mapping for all farms by taking GPS points or polygons.
Support activity for external audit and certification process.
Make coordination with relevant parties to solve project plans/activities.
Make regular, detailed, and complete reports

What are the requirement of the Position?

Minimum Diploma degree in Agriculture, Forestry, communication or relevant 3 years' experience as a Field Coordinator.
Experience facilitating community development activities.
Having good interpersonal and communication skills
Having good administrative skills and taget-oriented
Strong leadership and team management experience
Have a driving license (SIM C) and own a motorcycled.
