Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice to clients with their questions, enquiries, and complaints, though emails, calls, and other communication channels to ensure clients satisfaction
  • Implement sustainability strategies tailored to the commodity sector, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Engage with customers within the commodity sector to understand their sustainability requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Support product/feature handover process from the development team to business users, including specific user trainings in the field.
  • Drive adoption and usage of new products and features.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer and user support.
  • Coordinate internal requests from the teams in respective area.
Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/management/marketing/agricultural/sustainable development, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Success, Account Manager or Sales from Software as a Service Company, Sustainability Consultancy, or NGO.
  • Have experience related to sustainable agriculture supply chains.
  • Have experience in the rubber, cocoa, or palm oil.
