Job Title: Program Manager, Rubber Sustainability

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project work plans, ensuring alignment with changing needs and requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met within budget.
  • Lead and develop project teams, including recruitment, training, and capacity building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NGOs, government, and private sector partners.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct field visits to assess project implementation and data collection effectiveness.
  • Promote and implement KoltiTrace software solutions within the supply chain.
  • Provide feedback to the Product Management team to enhance KoltiTrace.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management systems and procedures.
Profile

Requirements

  • Master's degree in sustainable development, plantation management, agriculture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in rural development and environmental protection.
  • Strong knowledge of agriculture commodities, sustainability, and smallholder rubber operations.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a landscape approach.
  • Familiarity with certification standards like FSC and PEFC.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia (up to 40%).
