Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Product Manager, based in Phnom Penh. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing key product lifecycles, understanding market and industry trends, leading new product introductions, and assisting in business planning and achieving performance goals.
Responsibilities
Market Insights:
- Utilize macro, market, and technology trends to shape long-term product plans.
- Apply human-centered design (HCD) principles to gather requirements and develop product plans.
- Develop value propositions for new products and articulate their position within the portfolio.
Product Development:
- Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the current technology pipeline for product development.
- Create product roadmaps for specific market segments.
- Assist in business cases and lead product planning for portfolio opportunities.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional and cross-business alignment with the product plan.
- Protect intellectual property by collaborating with legal counsel and engineering teams.
