Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
Organisation Description:
Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) Alliance is a federation of 17 organisations operating in 14 countries dedicated to the professional and social inclusion of young people aged 17-24 living in extreme poverty and exclusion. Our mission focuses on accompanying these young individuals through a tested pedagogy, campaigning for inclusion issues alongside them, and engaging initiatives that promote Youth inclusion. By developing these missions together, we achieve measurable increases in sustainable inclusion for marginalised Youth.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site position based in Calauan, Laguna, for the role of Organisation Leader | Coordination Support. The Organisation Leader will work alongside the Finance Project Leader and under the supervision of the Country Coordinator on Human Resources, Finance and Administrative topics.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- Post job offers and interview candidates for the open positions;
- Oversee and coordinate with the Talents team the recruitment process for National Catalysts
- Update and maintain the recruitment file
- Coordinate with the accountant and Lawyer, to ensure smooth administrative processes and payroll
- Lead communication and manage the relationship with visa agency partners for International Recruitment within deadlines
- Ensure the submission and issuance of visa requests on time.
- Draft the yearly documents to follow-up on the volunteers deployment.
- Main point of contact for the centre's lessors and oversee the renewal of rent contracts.
- Support the Country Coordinator in daily tasks related to organisation, HR and admin (yearly reports for administrations, …)
- Overseeing the implementation of and control of safety measures in the centres, and ongoing centre development/renovation and maintenance
Skills:
- Fluent in English.
- Intermediate knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel, Drive, Email)
- Good written proficiency
- Demonstrates ability to work in a multicultural, multi-ethnic environment and to maintain effective working relations with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
- Will be able to facilitate and encourage open communication and transversal projects.
- Self-management, emotional intelligence and organizational skills, stay composed and positive even in difficult moments, handle tense situations with diplomacy and tact, and take initiative.
