Description of the mission

Accompany the Catalysts in the management and development of the partnerships for which they are responsible – taking into account their own projects – as well as in the learning of tools to ensure the follow-up of the professional integration of the Youth.
Coordinate and ensure the efficiency of the action plan focused on partnerships.
Build long-term partnerships enrolling them into a long-term and diverse strategy that allows them to widen the field of jobs possible for the Youth.
Develop and update the tools used for partnership follow-up.
Participate and/or organize events in favor of Youth inclusion, working in collaboration with other support functions with the same objective (YIN events, job forums, etc.).

Profile

We are looking for motivated and committed individuals who are eager to learn and work in a multicultural environment. Candidates should have previous professional experience and a genuine interest in creating a positive impact for young people and communities.

Requirements:

Experience in organization and coordination
Experience managing people or supporting teams
Experience in project management and follow-up
Ability to build and maintain partnership relationships
Good communication and teamwork skills
Open-minded, proactive, and adaptable attitude

Benefits:

Allowance: 15,000.00php/month; yearly increase.
Professional transportation when needed (partners meetings, Youth activities, yearly seminar, etc.)

Social Contributions (SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth)
Monthly phone load allowance

The Volunteer agrees that during the term of his/her work, he/she shall not engage in any other trade business or occupation.
