Your Responsibilities
In close collaboration with LightBlue’s and the PLEDGE’s teams and external associates, the Channel Partners Lead will endorse the following responsibilities:
Consultant Network Development & Management
- Performance Metrics & Development: Monitor financial achievement and sales growth of consultants, while ensuring clients satisfaction
- Consultant-Client Liaison: Serve as the contact point for both clients and (accredited) consultants, following up on necessary progress
- Network Growth: Expand the network of accredited consultants and eventually customers by nurturing existing relationships with targeted content, approaching potential partners, providing trainings regarding client interaction skills, and providing regular feedback
- Gap Identification: Assess and identify gaps in (accredited) consultants' knowledge, processes, and resources and address them as needed
Consulting Services & Quality Assurance
- Service Improvement: Review and enhance our consulting services, internal processes, and business model related to accredited consultants
- Quality Standards: Oversee and enforce quality standards in project delivery by (accredited) consultants
- Client Satisfaction & Retention: Define and track metrics for accredited consultants and customer satisfaction and retention, set improvement targets for (accredited) consultants, and ensure smooth sales processes and coordination between accredited consultants and LightBlue and the PLEDGE™
- Consultant Supervision: Supervise (accredited) consultants in implementing food waste monitoring systems and the PLEDGE Certifications
Project Management & Execution
- Project Planning & Scoping: Define project objectives, scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables, assigning tasks and roles to team members and (accredited) consultants
- Project Execution & Monitoring: Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring projects remain on track and all milestones are met
- Client Engagement: Oversee the progress of (accredited) consultants with clients to ensure that client satisfaction is consistently met
