Job Description:
Panya Seeds is seeking a proactive and creative E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, TikTok, and other emerging marketplaces. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in building our e-commerce presence and expanding our reach in the home gardening space. Occasional onsite visits will be required.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner, highly organized, and passionate about leveraging digital platforms to create meaningful customer experiences. Creativity and adaptability are highly valued in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across all e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, TikTok, and others).
- Develop and execute strategies to grow online sales and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to come up with creative content that delights users and enhances engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer trends, and traffic data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Become an expert in managing e-commerce platform tools and ad systems for Shopee and Lazada to drive traffic and maximize sales.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, platform innovations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Thai with medium proficiency in English (reading and speaking).
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably managing multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner with a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creativity and a passion for gardening, sustainability, or the natural lifestyle industry are a bonus.
