We are now looking for our Head of Growth & Partnerships to help turn our innovation into large-scale adoption.

This role will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to expand our commercial footprint and build strategic partnerships that bring Living Roots’ products and technology to farmers across the region.

Tasks

The Head of Growth & Partnerships will lead the commercialization of Living Roots’ products and technology.

You will identify high-impact growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and help design the go-to-market strategy that scales our solutions across Southeast Asia.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute Living Roots’ go-to-market strategy
  • Identify priority customer segments and market opportunities
  • Design scalable commercial models for product adoption

2. Strategic Partnerships

Build and manage partnerships with:

  • Agribusinesses
  • Seed companies
  • Fertilizer distributors
  • Farmer cooperatives
  • Sustainability programs and climate initiatives
  • Structure partnerships that accelerate adoption of Living Roots products.

3. Market Expansion

  • Identify opportunities for expansion across Southeast Asia
  • Develop market entry strategies for new regions
  • Build relationships with distributors and commercial partners

4. Commercialization of Innovation

  • Work closely with the science and product teams to convert:
  • Field trials → commercial pilots
  • Pilot programs → long-term partnerships
  • Scientific validation → compelling market offerings

5. Revenue & Deal Execution

  • Lead high-impact commercial discussions
  • Structure partnership agreements and pilots
  • Support the closing of major B2B deals

Profile

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years experience in agriculture, agtech, climate tech, or related sectors
  • Experience building partnerships or distribution networks
  • Strong understanding of agriculture or farming systems
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute deals

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with farmers, cooperatives, or agribusinesses
  • Background in agronomy or agricultural inputs
  • Experience in Southeast Asia agricultural markets
  • Experience scaling products from pilot to commercial deployment
