Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
The Intern will support implementing and managing the rollout of the Consent Education Module for youth partners with the support of EMpower. The Intern will also co-organize the events and workshops related to Consent Education, the organization’s flagship event,#DearSurvivor, and the care sessions. The Intern will collaborate with other interns and support the Project Heads.
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS
The Intern is expected to do the following:
Liaising and Event Coordination
● Assist in reaching out to schools and organizations to introduce the Consent
Education Module
● Coordinate meetings, partnerships, and follow-ups with school representatives and
student groups
● Support organizing the workshops, training sessions, and events
● Handle logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and materials
preparation
● Maintain a clear documentation of communications, agreements, and workshop
outcomes
● Provide admin and logistical support for the organization’s regular events
● Complete structured documentation or report templates, ensuring clarity and detail,
and provide insightful feedback on the events for continuous improvement.
Communications & Community Engagement
● Assist in developing materials (emails, social media content, workshop materials)
for outreach and engagement.
● Monitor and respond to comments and messages across social media platforms in
alignment with the organization’s values and messaging
● Track engagement and identify areas for better audience interaction
