Description of the mission

Responsibilities

We are now seeking a high-caliber Senior Partnership Development Officer to join the MAWHK team. Reporting to Partnership Development Manager, you will need to:

Drive improvement in donors' journey to retain and recruit donors
Lead medium-scale fundraising programs and support project, volunteer and event management
Build positive relationships with donors, corporate partners and foundations
Assist to explore potential fundraising opportunities
Create appealing content for digital platforms, publications and promotional materials
Prepare engaging presentations and proposals
Generate regular reports, monitor performance and manage database
Ad hoc duties as required

Profile

Requirements

Associate or University degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in fundraising, or sales disciplines preferably in NGOs (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Partnership Development Officer.)
Experienced in fundraising event and program management
A good storyteller, outgoing, creative and a good team player
Attention to details
Self-motivated, agile, ability to work independently, multi-task and work efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Chinese and English
Proficient in social media tools, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management
Knowledge of Salesforce and Campaign Monitor is a plus
Flexible to work overtime, or work in weekends and public holidays as required
