Position Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, commercially-minded Partnerships & Growth Lead to join our rapidly expanding social enterprise. This hybrid role is designed for a proactive professional who is equally skilled at discovering new business avenues and cultivating enduring client partnerships. As a key member of our growing team, you will play a vital role in driving the agency’s success and scaling our social impact.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Revenue Generation & New Business

  • Lead Generation: Actively identify and reach out to prospective clients through networking, cold outreach, and strategic market research.
  • Solution-Based Selling: Present our suite of services to potential partners, focusing on long-term collaboration and value alignment.
  • Performance Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass established monthly and quarterly sales milestones and growth indicators.

2. Relationship Management

  • Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for a specific portfolio of accounts to guarantee high-quality service and satisfaction.
  • Growth Strategy: Maintain regular communication with clients to track satisfaction and pinpoint opportunities for service expansion or upselling.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate between external clients and internal production teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly.

3. Support & Sales Operations

  • Administrative Management: Manage essential backend functions, such as drafting professional proposals, handling invoices, and generating sales performance reports.
  • Operational Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure client requirements are addressed with professional speed.
  • Project Logistics: Manage the logistical details of projects to ensure we consistently meet our high standards for delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Growth Mindset: You maintain a resilient and positive outlook toward business development and enjoy the challenge of building new partnerships.
  • Strong Communication: You possess top-tier verbal and written skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Organizational Ability: You can efficiently juggle active sales outreach with the necessary administrative and backend duties.
  • Background: 1–2 years of experience in sales or account management is preferred; however, energetic fresh graduates with a proactive attitude are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Digital Literacy: Practical knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media tools is an advantage.
