Keys responsibilities:

Youth and Family Development Programmes

  • Plan and execute programmes for youths and families.
  • Engage programme stakeholders and partners.
  • Lead and facilitate a team of programme volunteers and youth mentors.
  • Coordinate inter-agency referrals when required.
  • Assist in the curation of programme design, desired outcomes and budget for submission to Grantmakers.
  • Conduct programmes evaluation and prepare reports.
  • Monitor programmes desired outcome to ensure objectives are met within the planned budget.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.
Profile

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant fields is preferred.
  • Experienced in programme management preferred.
  • Good understanding of youths, education, and the social service landscape.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at working individually with minimal supervision and also with varied teams and workgroups.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
