Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide brand guardianship and marketing lead for the company and its parks.
· Lead, conceptualise, plan and execute various key and tactical campaigns to achieve attendance and revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the company and its parks.
· Supervise all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, approval process, timelines, contingency planning, analysis and reporting - to deliver quality outcomes and outputs.
· Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams, such as events & programming, digital & social, design and other internal stakeholders, to deliver key campaigns and projects.
· Work effectively with creative agencies, production houses and internal design team to develop key visuals, campaign ads and in-market collaterals.
· Work effectively with media agency to execute media campaigns and optimise digital campaigns.
· Manage and monitor marketing budget to achieve optimal returns.
· Secure and negotiate marketing partnerships with relevant partners or vendors.
· Work on special projects when assigned.
· Other relevant duties as assigned.
