Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Roles & Responsibilities

This role will report to Senior Manager and shall provide excellent customer service to guests and travel partners, complete their reservation accurately and efficiently while optimise the sales inventories and increase booking conversion.

  • Handle enquiries through phone call, email correspondence and face-to-face; investigate feedback, complaints and provide solutions or recommendations in a professional and proficient manner.
  • Ensure smooth running of daily operations in all aspects, to deliver excellent services to guests and travel partners, support sales program effectively and increase sales conversion.
  • Perform order processing, ticket issuance, manage inventory/ resources and follow-up on operation matters accurately and efficiently.
  • Enhance the operational processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with team members and sales managers to carry out daily tasks in meeting business objectives and deliverables.
  • To maintain and update client database in excel report, system and proper documentation tracking as well as do sales reporting.
  • Ability to perform User Acceptance Testing for promotions and products.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by line manager.

Profile

Job Requirement

  • General Diploma in any field
  • Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant experience; candidates with experience in travel agency, hospitality, call centre operations will have an advantage. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and statistic report
  • Self-motivated, independent and pro-active team player with an analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent written and spoken communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Team player with positive attitude, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work fast in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant, friendly and warm disposition.
  • Able to work on weekends and PH with advance notice, on rotation basis when required.
