About the job

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct education programmes for young children, including day camps, overnight camps, guided tours and in-park activities.
  • Facilitate training workshops and professional development sessions for early childhood educators.
  • Develop age-approprate educational resources and learning materials that align with curriculum standards and Mandai Wildlife Group's conservation goals.
  • Support and execute educational campaigns, community outreach, school partnerships, and public engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth programme delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintain safety and risk management protocols, especially during overnight and outdoor activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields (eg, Education, Child Development, Environmental Education).
  • Prior experience working with young children is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage children, educators, and diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Passionate about wildlife, conservation, and public education.
  • Energetic, warm, and customer-focused, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and comfortable conducting outdoor and overnight programmes.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays, when required.
