Key Responsibilities: Strategy

  • Development: Contribute to the formulation of the overall operations strategy for the company and participate in corporate decision-making continuously.
  • Resource Management: Implement plans and budgets for the operations function, ensuring sufficient resources to achieve agreed objectives, including cost per kg, capital control, and productivity.
  • Production Oversight: Direct and control production operations to ensure finished products are available on time, meeting customer requirements within agreed cost parameters.
  • Purchasing Management: Develop and implement effective purchasing policies and procedures to procure materials, goods, and services promptly, within budgeted costs, and to relevant quality standards.
  • Research & Technology Planning: Plan, direct, and control the Research & Technology and Engineering of the company’s production facilities to achieve output and quality objectives safely within the agreed capital and revenue budgets.
  • Team Development: Monitor and develop subordinates to build an effective skill base, ensuring targets can be achieved.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities meet company standards regarding Health, Safety, and other obligations, complying fully with local laws, business requirements, and standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, TIS18001, TLS (Thai Labor Standards), and others.
Profile

Education:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry.
  • Manufacturing Management Expertise: Special skill/knowledge in manufacturing management

Experience and Skills: Experience:

  • Over 10 years of working experience in a plant, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English speaking and writing (3 in 5 proficiency level).

Leadership:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a solid understanding of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards.

Cultural and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong cultural, interpersonal, and people management skills
