Profile

Core Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Hiring: Direct end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding of new team members.
  • Talent Acquisition Point: Function as the primary contact for all hiring initiatives, ensuring that staffing requirements are met efficiently to support site operations.
  • Benefits Administration: Lead the processing and management of employee statutory benefits and organizational welfare programs.
  • Documentation & Records: Maintain meticulous and confidential 201 files, ensuring all personnel documentation remains accurate and current.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in daily office management duties, including the monitoring of site inventory and organizational transport logistics.
  • Operational Assistance: Provide necessary reinforcement for trail activities and guest services during peak operational windows or as required.
  • General Mandate: Execute additional duties and special projects as directed by the Board of Trustees.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related Social Sciences.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration or recruitment support. Highly motivated fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Core Skills: Strong organizational and documentation abilities; familiarity with Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and basic payroll processing.
  • Behavioral Traits: Demonstrated high integrity and discretion in handling confidential personnel records; people-centered approach; adaptable and able to coordinate effectively with diverse teams, including field staff.
  • Physical Readiness: Must be physically prepared for regular on-site work and coordination in a mountainous environment.
