Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute fundraising campaigns and events to support organizational programs.
Develop and nurture engagement with prospects, donors, and corporate partners to build long-term relationships.
Conduct market research to identify fundraising trends, donor interests, and new opportunities.
Review donor reports and ensure accurate, timely reporting on fundraising outcomes.
Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, and collaborate with Communications and Program teams to promote initiatives effectively.

➔ Profile

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Fundraising, donor relations, or event planning.
Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage corporates, donors, and partners.
Good organizational skills with proven ability to manage events, budgets, and timelines.
Ability to conduct market research to identify fundraising opportunities, donor trends, and potential sponsors.
