Job Description
- Drive project execution to meet approved timelines, budgets, and safety standards, with a strong focus on achieving commercial operations date (COD)
- Lead a team of Project Managers, fostering collaboration and effective communication
- Oversee project budgets and financial forecasts to optimize resources and cost-effectiveness
- Manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing and implementing mitigation strategies
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, including PPAs and financing, to support timely project completion
- Coordinate land acquisition, permitting, and community engagement processes to facilitate project progress towards COD
- Implement robust project evaluation and control measures to ensure on-schedule completion
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Stay informed on industry trends and technology advancements to enhance project efficiency
- Oversee the bidding process for all project phases, from preparation to contract negotiations
- Coordinate COD procedures with all relevant parties and prepare projects for long-term operation
