Role Description
Ming Yang is expanding its international investment platform across Europe, MENA, LATAM, and APAC. The Investment Associate will support the evaluation and execution of renewable energy investments, development partnerships, and localisation initiatives. The role provides analytical, commercial, and execution support to the investment team, ensuring high‑quality modelling, due diligence, and market analysis across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project finance and valuation models, including sensitivities, scenarios, and investment case analysis.
- Support due diligence across technical, commercial, legal, financial, and regulatory workstreams.
- Prepare investment committee materials, financial summaries, and internal briefing documents.
- Conduct market screening and analysis of development‑stage wind and renewable energy opportunities.
- Analyse permitting frameworks, land and grid constraints, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes.
- Assist in drafting HoTs, commercial terms, and supporting documentation for JVs, M&A acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Coordinate with advisors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across regions.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, cost of capital movements, and M&A developments.
- Support relationship management with developers, banks, utilities, and government stakeholders.
