Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mandaluyong for a Human Resources Supervisor. The Human Resources Supervisor will oversee HR management activities including the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management initiatives. This includes developing and maintaining effective employee relationships, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing HR administrative tasks to support business operations and staff needs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Experience in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
Knowledge of Performance Management processes and practices
Expertise in the creation, implementation, and compliance of HR Policies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee concerns effectively
Proven leadership and organizational abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a supervisory HR role preferred
