Our “Make it Happen” Officer

To help drive our growth and expansion, we need someone to manage our operations in Singapore, ensuring we can launch and run our programmes as efficiently and effectively as possible, giving our clients the best possible experience, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

This is a full time role, working remotely with a global team of 10. Candidates should be based permanently in Singapore and have the right to work here.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key functions include:

Programme Implementation.

  • Ensure the consistent delivery of our various programmes, including catering orders, events and launch of new office partners.
  • This includes, amongst others: preparing stock, preparing return stations, working with our Tech team to ensure the Muuse platform is up to date and ready for launch dates, arranging the customisation of designs and realisation of collaterals, coordinating our suppliers, training and on-boarding new partners.
  • Maintain a forward looking plan to ensure we are well prepared for upcoming events & new programmes arising in parallel.
  • Work closely with the Singapore Director to plan upcoming programs and operational requirements.

Supplier Management

  • We work closely with a range of different part-time contractors and suppliers to manage the various logistics and operational demands - including performing Quality checks of returned products.
  • Ensure effective delivery of our programme, maintaining a good interpersonal relationship, so you have a strong logistics team around you to ensure operational smoothness

Account Management

  • Manage the day-to-day operations across all our partners including customer service (responding and troubleshooting any issues), vendor engagement, troubleshooting.
  • Communicate clearly and appropriately with our clients about the programmes, including around launch, and resolving any issues as they arise, escalating to the Singapore Director or CEO as required.
  • Regularly gather feedback from customers and clients and feed these ideas into product and service improvements.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Manage and maintain the effective functioning of our warehouse, ensuring stock is received and sent out in an ordered way, and recorded accurately. You maintain a robust storage system and location.
  • Map upcoming requirements onto stock availability to ensure that we are able to deliver our upcoming pipeline.
  • Manage end-of-life of our products through various partners.
Profile

You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a professional environment. You are already able to work in Singapore. We are not able to sponsor a work pass for this role.

  • You like the details, and making sure things are done in the right way, to a high standard and very pragmatic approach.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, whether that’s communicating internally, or with clients and stakeholders.

Desired, not essential

  • Lean management experience
  • Logistics, on the ground operational experience
  • Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items.
