Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work collaboration with team work produce monthly/quarterly and annual work plan.
  • Produce project case study and report submit to Project Coordinator.
  • Work with ACs promote management governance and promote ACs access to market.
  • Form SHGs
  • Work with ACs manage investment fund.
  • 100% implement project activities
  • Attending with training/workshop/meeting.
  • Project case study and report submit to PC
  • Field coaching/mentorship monitoring to ACs.
  • Coordinate farmer to farmer/pee to pee learning focusing on poultry and green house vegetable
  • Promote ACs access to market.
  • Digital training and promote ACs use digital

Profile

Job Requirements

Languages:

  • English - Good is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in agriculture science, agronomy and plus at least three years of experience in fields related to vegetable value chain, specifically vegetable extension

Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills

  • Experience in leading/facilitating business development/market linkages is a plus
  • Excellent data collection, analysis and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of project management – planning and budgeting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Khmer, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Computer skill with Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and internet
  • Knowledge of and experience with or within community organizations
  • Knowledge in agriculture Cooperative Development
  • Good communication and facilitation skills
  • Good understanding of and sensitivity for poverty, social and ethnic issues
  • Working knowledge on sustainable livelihoods, value chain and market development
  • Experience of field data collection.

Soft Skills

  • Good analytical skills and ability to verify information.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated person able to work without close supervision.
