We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and management of Additions & Alterations (A&A) projects and sustainability initiatives.
The ideal candidate will ensure that projects meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance standards while driving sustainable innovation and campus initiatives.
[What you will be working on]
Additions & Alterations (A&A)
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of A&A projects, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines while coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, fire safety codes, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
- Implement best practices in project management to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage procurement processes, including requests for quotations, evaluations, and contract administration.
- Address campus space planning needs in collaboration with academic and corporate units.
Sustainability
- Support the development and execution of sustainability strategies and initiatives to support the NYP Sustainability Plan.
- Implement sustainability policies related to energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and green building practices.
- Track and report sustainability performance metrics, including carbon footprint assessments and environmental impact analyses.
- Collaborate with schools and industry partners to drive sustainable innovation and campus initiatives.
- Support the Living Lab concept by facilitating pilot projects and partnerships that align with sustainability objectives.
- Ensure adherence to national sustainability frameworks such as the Singapore Green Plan 2030 and BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy Certification.
