Description of the mission

Coordinate communication and engagement with women oyster harvesters and coastal communities.
Support sustainable oyster farming and mangrove conservation activities.
Assist community-based product development and market expansion initiatives.
Support partnership development and collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct documentation and reporting of community activities and program impacts.

Profile

Background in Community Development, Environmental Studies, Fisheries, Tourism, Business, or related fields.
Strong communication and community coordination skills.
Interested in social enterprise, sustainability, and coastal livelihood development.
Experience working with communities or environmental programs is preferred.
Able to support field activities, documentation, and collaborative projects.
