Job Description:
- Collaborate with Manager to develop and implement strategies for promotional activities.
- Planning, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven adjustments.
- Ensure smooth operation of the e-commerce website and TikTok Shop.
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns (email, whatsapp, in-app) to increase conversions.
- Analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience 2 years+ in digital marketing, with a focus optimize on web e-commerce (not marketplace), will be point plus if experience on optimize Tiktok too.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console).
- Experience in email marketing, WhatsApp blasting, and in-app marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
