BS Graduate, preferably of Psychology or Human Resource Management
With 3-5 years experience handling Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
Can deal with highly confidential matters.
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
The position requires a high level of compliance and reporting.
Must be detail-oriented with excellent customer interaction skills.
