Profile
  • BS Graduate, preferably of Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • With 6 months-1 year recruitment experience
  • Can deal with highly confidential matters.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The position requires a high level of compliance and reporting.
  • Organizes and guides other employees with recruitment concerns.
  • Willing to travel and be assigned from time to time to other covered areas of NWTF.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent customer interaction skills.
