BS Graduate, preferably of Psychology or Human Resource Management
With 6 months-1 year recruitment experience
Can deal with highly confidential matters.
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
The position requires a high level of compliance and reporting.
Organizes and guides other employees with recruitment concerns.
Willing to travel and be assigned from time to time to other covered areas of NWTF.
Must be detail-oriented with excellent customer interaction skills.
