
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communication Strategy Development
- Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing and communication strategies to enhance the organization's visibility and promote events, programs, and initiatives
- Collaborate with program teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and audience alignment across all campaigns
Content Creation & Media Management
- Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including articles, videos, infographics, press releases, social media content, email campaigns, website updates, and PR materials
- Oversee and optimize multi-channel communication platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, email newsletters, etc.)
- Establish relationships with media partners, journalists to maximize outreach and engagement
Branding & Corporate Identity Management
- Ensure all marketing and communication activities align with the organization's brand positioning, mission, and core values
- Maintain and enhance the organization's corporate identity, visual guidelines, and messaging framework
Performance Analysis & Strategic Optimization
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication and marketing initiatives provides actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine strategies and enhance audience engagement.
