Description of the mission

Missions

  • Provide day‑to‑day legal support across business units, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Identify legal risks and propose practical, business‑oriented solutions.
  • Advise on matters related to Indonesian corporate, commercial, employment, data protection, and regulatory laws.
  • Manage and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
  • Implement and maintain the company’s ethics and compliance framework, including anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption (ABAC), whistleblowing, data privacy, and regulatory policies.
  • Conduct compliance trainings and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders.
  • Perform compliance monitoring, investigations, and reporting.
  • Ensure alignment with both local laws and global compliance standards.
  • Handle all corporate secretarial matters, including preparing board/shareholder resolutions, notarization, managing corporate documents, and ensuring statutory filings.
  • Liaise with relevant government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Law and Human Rights, BKPM/OSS) for regulatory submissions and compliance.
  • Maintain corporate governance practices and support Board/Committee meetings.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business.
  • Advise management on compliance implications and required actions.
  • Support licensing, permits, and other regulatory processes.

Profile

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university; a master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Have Lawyer qualification certificate
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in‑house legal role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
  • Experience in ethics & compliance programs and corporate secretarial matters.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Ability to work independently with strong judgment and a proactive mindset.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
