Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid Account Manager role based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility to work remotely. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the sales and technical teams, addressing client inquiries, preparing and reviewing project proposals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality energy solutions. The role also involves identifying opportunities for enhancing services and contributing to business growth through strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze and prepare detailed project proposals and reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teams
  • Knowledge or experience in renewable energy, specifically photovoltaic systems and electric vehicle chargers, is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for project management and communication
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred
