Job Responsibilities
- Capable of ideal field trial execution; from preparing the protocol, selecting field trial sites, evaluating trial results, forecasting sample needs and organizing local shipments of test items. Accountable for exact planting, applications and evaluations as well reliable data providing.
- Processing the data from own trials and data from other field conductors. Based on product performance, providing main observations and recommendations to the portfolio and cross-functional product development team.
- Preparing the dosage rate for supporting the product registration/label expansion based on bio-efficacy data.
- Supporting the generating local data for positioning/ repositioning products.
- Supporting/Training for customers/growers/Nufarm staff.
- Assisting with Demo trials for launches / campaigns.
- Measuring the field performance, understanding resistance issues, and identifying trends and issues relative to the competition in the assigned area.
- Representative as an expert on the company for its products from a technical perspective. Working as company in the assigned area and related activities.
- Providing technical needs and activities essential to the business unit.
- Build the strong relationship with growers/ customers in the assigned area
