Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute various events, including forums, conferences and corporate functions
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines and resources
- Coordinate with vendors, speakers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution
- Oversee event registration processes and manage attendee communications
- Develop and maintain relationships with key community partners
- Identify and propose potential collaboration opportunities for programs and events
- Lead specific community collaboration initiatives and outreach programs
- Support other Ad-hoc design-related assignments
