About the Role

As a NDIS Client Service Officer, your primary focus will be on client plan management, participant onboarding, service agreements, and liaison with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and the NDIA. You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure services are delivered according to client plans, funding is tracked, and risks are managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage participant onboarding, service agreements, and client plans to ensure smooth and accurate setup.
  • Liaise with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, and the NDIA to coordinate services and resolve issues.
  • Monitor NDIS plan funding, start/end dates, and upcoming renewals, ensuring plans are implemented effectively.
  • Track and update systems with renewed or new NDIS plans, extensions, and service changes.
  • Respond to participant, family, and stakeholder enquiries promptly and professionally, providing participant-centred support.
  • Coordinate bookings, schedules, and service delivery to meet participant needs.
  • Record and escalate incidents, complaints, and risks in line with organisational policies.

Profile

Requirements

  • Available to work Monday to Friday mornings.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in NDIS or client services.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
