Job Descriptions:

Manage the Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) purchasing process in accordance with the established plan to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective suppliers.
Conduct field visits to suppliers’ and potential suppliers’ plantations to assess and ensure FFB quality.
Perform Oil Extraction Rate (OER) and Kernel Extraction Rate (KER) analyses to obtain accurate operational data.
Map competitor palm oil mills, identify mill potential within designated areas, and carry out market intelligence activities to maintain updated market potential information.
Coordinate with the Commercial Head Office (Jakarta) regarding FFB purchasing reports and other related activities.

Profile

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Agriculture, Plantation, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the palm oil plantation industry as an FFB Purchasing Assistant, Logistics Assistant, or FFB Purchase Officer.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan.
