Job Responsibilites

  • Review processes, manage and conduct relevant sustainability audits and reports
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and community partners to promote sustainable practices
  • Identify and execute innovative initiatives and technologies
  • Collaborate with R&D team to develop sustainable products and services using cutting-edge technologies
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, ideation workshops, and partnerships with startups or Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL)
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in sustainability, innovation or corporate responsibility roles; Open to fresh graduates
  • Familiar with sustainability frameworks, audit processes and reporting standards (Eg. GRI, TCFD etc.)
  • Interest in sustainability, green construction, or environmental innovation
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude to deliver within tight deadlines
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
