We are looking for someone who does more than post content. We need someone who understands narrative, impact, and responsibility.
As our Social Media Officer, you will:
• Manage and grow our social media platforms
• Develop and schedule content aligned with field programs
• Produce communication materials from beach cleanups, boat distribution, mangrove planting, and women empowerment programs
• Coordinate with program staff for documentation
• Support campaigns on ocean resilience and coastal community empowerment
• Assist in monitoring and documenting program implementation
• Engage with stakeholders and communities
You might be a strong fit if you:
• Have a background in Communication, Media, IR, Marine/Fisheries/Environmental Studies, or related fields
• Have experience in social media management or nonprofit communication (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and professional
• Can communicate with NGOs, government institutions, and communities
• Understand coastal and marine issues (a plus)
• Are comfortable using Google Workspace and digital tools
• Are willing to be based in Pangandaran
