The Field Facilitator will be responsible for the quality assurance and monitoring or project activities at the field level, serving as the primary link between the project management team and the local community members. The role involves ensuring effective implementation of plans and gathering feedback to assist in data consolidation and reporting.

Qualifications and skills required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marine biology, fisheries social science, community development or equivalent discipline
Experience:
Languages: Fluency in the local dialect ( Ilocano (Region II), Kapampangan (Region III), Bikol (Region V) and working knowledge of Engllish (verbal and written) is essential.
IT Skills: Proficient in the use of computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets)
