• Advise the Chief Operation Officer in the direction of projects and development needs to implement the mission, vision and values of PCF.
• Identify new organisations to partner with and projects to support.
• Help develop project tools for managing projects and assisting partners.
• Responsible for the production of field reports & debriefing of project visits.
• Assist Project Coordinators in project administration, including managing communications with current partners and facilitating project payments.
• Oversee financial administration of projects, including budget management, receipts, fund payments and tracking.
• Provide information for project proposals, prepare activity reports, interim reports, and final reports for all projects to be used by the communications team.
• Review partner proposals including budget proposals for submission to the COO.
