JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Communication Officer will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies to enhance PBSP’s visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and promote the organization’s initiatives and impact. The role involves leading content creation, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all communication channels.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a communications role, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership position.

Proven experience in media relations and content creation.

Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to think strategically and creatively.

Proficient in using communication tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics software.

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
