The Role

Administers and processes routine Company benefits, including statutory benefits, and resolves related issues
Looks for opportunities to make benefits administration more effective and efficient and keeps updated on statutory benefits regulations
Assesses PGPC’s current policies, guidelines, and practices against market benchmark and best practices
Processes employee leaves through online application system, ensuring that configurations are according to policies and guidelines
Maintains accurate database of leaves and absences by making necessary adjustments to correct inconsistencies and attends to concerns related thereto
Facilitates documentation and monitoring of employee movements and organizational chart changes
Assists in learning and development activities, including documentation and updating of training database
Participates in special projects/teams as needed

Profile

The Individual

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or Business-related course
With 2 years of experience in company benefits administration and familiar with Labor Code provisions
Highly skilled in HRIS or similar application/software
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willing to be based in Makati with some travel to field sites
