The Role
- Administers and processes routine Company benefits, including statutory benefits, and resolves related issues
- Looks for opportunities to make benefits administration more effective and efficient and keeps updated on statutory benefits regulations
- Assesses PGPC’s current policies, guidelines, and practices against market benchmark and best practices
- Processes employee leaves through online application system, ensuring that configurations are according to policies and guidelines
- Maintains accurate database of leaves and absences by making necessary adjustments to correct inconsistencies and attends to concerns related thereto
- Facilitates documentation and monitoring of employee movements and organizational chart changes
- Assists in learning and development activities, including documentation and updating of training database
- Participates in special projects/teams as needed
