Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?

The successful candidate will be responsible in developing employee engagement strategies, implementing employee activities across all office locations, and providing support to Employee Relations Manager for labor-related requirements.
The Role
• Plans, organizes and coordinates company-wide employee activities, events and programs
• Provides support in handling employee issues and employee relations programs
• Monitors compliance to the processing of employee disciplinary actions and ensures that records are updated regularly
• Handles administration and record-keeping of the Company’s scholarship program
• Assists in policy development and updates communication/orientation materials
• Participates in special projects/teams as needed
The Individual
• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business-related course
• Minimum two years’ experience in handling employee engagement activities
• Knowledge in Labor Code provisions is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willing to be assigned in Makati (7 a.m. to 4 p.m.), with some travel to field sites
