📣 We're Hiring: Convenings Resident

Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about creating great event experiences? 🌍✨

Pollinate Impact is looking for an In-Person Convenings Resident to support the planning and delivery of our global and regional gatherings.

🎯 Immediate priority: Join the planning team for the Global Pollinate Potluck 2026 in Manila, taking ownership of logistics and operations.

You’ll support:

• Event logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination

• Quotations, budgets, procurement, and payments

• Venue, catering, transport, printing, and other event needs

• On-the-ground coordination and troubleshooting

• Documentation and improving processes for future convenings

Profile

We're looking for someone with:

✅ 2+ years of event planning/management experience

✅ Strong organizational and coordination skills

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management

✅ A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach

✅ Interest in community building and convenings
