We develop integrated energy efficiency and renewable energy projects to help our customers to reduce emissions, optimize energy use, and lower electricity costs. Supporting the global shift to sustainable and resilient infrastructure.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Energy Transition Analyst to support the development of renewable energy and energy efficiency, with a strong focus on PV + BESS, energy efficiency, and the decarbonization initiatives. This role combines technical insight, analytics, market research, and investment feasibility, and works closely with the Internal & External Stakeholders on strategic growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the energy efficiency and decarbonization industry.
Conduct techno-economic feasibility studies for decarbonization projects particularly Grid-Scale PV + BESS, heat recovery, and cooling system optimization.
Analyze energy usage, system performance, and optimization potential to support project development.
Support project pipeline development, from early concept through investment readiness.
Work with internal teams, partners, and vendors to assess technologies and solutions.
Assist the CEO with market research, industry analysis, and strategic initiatives related to energy transition.
Collaborate with finance teams to support investment analysis (CAPEX, OPEX, ROI, IRR, payback).

Profile

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field; Master’s in Renewable Energy / Energy Systems is preferable.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, power systems, refrigeration cycles, fluid dynamics, and energy conversion.
Solid technical sense in PV + BESS, heat recovery systems and cooling optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with interest in energy transition and decarbonization.
Exposure to project finance, investment banking, or infrastructure investment is an advantage.
Comfortable working with senior leadership and contributing to strategic decision-making.
