Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance and Admin Officer in organizing transactions and managing accounting tasks
  • Process billing invoices, certificates, and receipts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely uploads
  • Manage purchasing documents, inventory, office supplies, and coordinate with suppliers for orders and repairs
  • Handle general clerical duties, meeting room reservations, and provide administrative support to Program Operation
Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, procurement, or administrative roles
  • Knowledgeable in procurement processes and financial management
  • Familiarity with office management and administrative procedures
  • Possesses high level of integrity
